I'm a UX designer and Service Designer based in Reno, Nevada. I create and validate web and mobile experiences using UX best practices and my background in research. As a designer, I have deep empathy for people and a natural affinity for human behavior.
For me, the design is relational. I’m committed to designing solutions that connect to the heart of customers. With experience in the retail industry, I see the opportunity for both consumers and organizations [or retailers or enterprises] to establish a deeper connection through digital and in-person experiences. So I find myself constantly analyzing the world around me, looking for ways to improve existing systems to better serve consumer needs.
